SHIPPING & Returns

All orders are processed and dispatched within five business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. We send all orders using Pass the Parcel tracked courier services, giving you peace of mind that your order can be monitored as it makes its way to you.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most parcels arrive within a few days once they have been collected by the courier. Please note that delivery timeframes may be affected by courier delays, rural addresses, or peak holiday periods.

As our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or if you have selected the wrong sized garment. Please double-check all spelling, details, and customisation requests carefully before confirming your order.

If your item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, please contact us straight away at hello@mintprintsnz.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. Faulty or incorrect items will, of course, be resolved at no cost to you.
